When you order and pay plants from Amazon Garden Thailand

We guarantee life plants to your home!

Almost all of our shipped plants arrived in good condition, of course you understand that the plants made all long trip from our garden to your home, so a yellow leave, a broken leave, etc., are the things what is not uncommon.
If the plant(s) don’t arrive or dies within one month we will replace the plants as soon as possible, we only expect you follow the recovery instructions and show us the lost plants.

If we are not able to replace, we will refund the plants.

Although the plants are shipped from Thailand, the transaction is national (USA)
